1. How to order a caricature ? – When ordering a caricature we would recommend you provide as much of the following information:

  • 4 or 5 photograph’s of Car – and highlight personal number plates if not apparent on photo’s, also for convertibles, if its not clear in the photo’s a description of the interior colour scheme and colour of the leather seat piping
     
  • 4 or 5 photograph’s of Person – and a short paragraph on their hobbies, likes, dislikes, favourite items of clothing that should be incorporated into the painting – it all adds to the character
     
  • Your name, Postal address, Email Address and contact telephone or mobile number(s) – Please note, if it is a surprise present, please provide alternate contact numbers and postal address if applicable
     
  • Please include date when caricature is required.
     
  • Include Cheque for agreed amount made payable to ‘Clubart’
     
  • Cheques will be cashed prior to posting out caricature paintings
     
  • Clubart also accept Visa, Switch, Delta and MasterCard as methods of payment
     
  • All Photographs will be returned by normal first class post
     
  • All Caricature Paintings will be posted in a protective postal tube and will be posted ‘Special Delivery’
     
  • All Caricature Paintings have a 28 day turnaround period from receipt of order. Clubart reserve the right to add a £10 surcharge for immediate requests
     
  • Clubart do not offer a framing service


2. How to Order Gifts, Prints or Greeting Cards ?

Please call or email Clubart and clearly state your gift or product codes with the sizes and quantities required

Clubart accept Visa, Switch, Delta, MasterCard and Cheque, If making payment by Cheque Please make payable to 'Clubart' and cheques will be cashed before goods are dispatched.

4. Usage – If you would not like Clubart to use your caricature in future Galleries as sample examples please notify us.
